But, to continuously feed a Sales team high-quality leads is a never-ending process of content creation, technology management, database management, campaign execution, sales enablement, and program optimization. That requires a sales engine.
Sales Engine was founded by veteran sales executives who know the quota and revenue pressures companies face. With decades of experience as leaders of Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, our management team has previously developed and implemented award-winning B2B sales and marketing programs, developed cutting-edge software, and led high-volume multimedia programs.
Paul Rafferty, Chief Executive Officer
Paul Rafferty is the co-founder and CEO of Sales Engine Media. He also provides the executive leadership for the company's sales and business development teams.
In just five years, Paul built Sales Engine to one of America's fastest growing companies—as recognized by Inc. Magazine in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
Before co-founding Sales Engine, Paul spent 20 years with Ceridian Corporation, where he ultimately served as national vice president of sales operations, overseeing a sales organization of more than 600 employees.
Paul graduated from the University of Notre Dame on a Navy ROTC scholarship, served as a naval officer on a nuclear-powered attack submarine, and is Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.
Mike Vannoy, Chief Operating Officer
Mike Vannoy is the co-founder and COO of Sales Engine Media..
Mike oversees business operations for the company and serves as a thought leader on marketing technology and sales.
Before co-founding Sales Engine Media, Mike held a variety of executive roles including vice president of sales operations and regional vice president of sales for B2B service and technology firms. Under his leadership, Mike's teams have implemented sales and sales management processes, CRM programs, and marketing automation software that have significantly increased the success of lead generation programs.
Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville, earning a B.S. in business administration and is Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.
Taylor Autry, Vice President of Information Technology
Taylor oversees the information systems, processes and infrastructure that underpin Sales Engine Media’s Marketing-as-a-Service platform.
Previously the engineering director of Manticore Technology before the company merged with Sales Engine, Taylor has 15 years of experience in software strategy, development and implementation for both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.
Taylor graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.B.A. in information systems.
ALEXIS BORUCKE, VICE PRESIDENT OF CONTENT STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT
Alexis manages a team of editors, writers, designers and videographers who create persuasive content that drives sales for clients.
Before joining Sales Engine Media, Alexis owned a content marketing firm specializing in the HR, finance and technology industries. Originally trained as a lawyer, Alexis made a successful career shift to marketing over 20 years ago, applying the persuasive skills she acquired as an attorney to craft content that builds a case for her clients' products and services.
Alexis holds a B.A. in English Literature and a J.D. from The University of Florida. She resides in Tampa, Florida, where she is an active leader in the visual and performing arts volunteer community.
